Project Idea Note (PIN)

Ukrainian Pellets .,Ltd is looking for a European partner for organizing joint manufacturing of wood pellets in Ukraine. We know the technology of wood pellets production according to the European standards. The raw material supply is guaranted by the already signed long-term contracts with forestries.

Capacity throughput: 2 t/h. The plant will work 22 hours, 6 days per wek (2 trucks per 24 h. will go to Europe)

End product: wood pellets premium Din+

Packaging: 15 kg. bags
End product price is defined by the European market

The term of the plant installation: 6 months

Raw material: Fire wood (pine) diameter 5-20 sm., length 2-4 m
Raw material supply capacity: 100 m3/24 hours (5-6 trucks /24 hours)

Equipment suppliers: Slovakia, Germany, Russia (the full list of the equipment is available)

Production lot: 2 variants (1 hectare each) which are very convenient for the end product transportation to Europe.

Production shop: 1000 m2 (height 6-7 m)

Experience: Slovakia, Sweden

Total cost of the project and business plan: by the inquiry

Participation of the parties (share distribution):

70% - foreign party
30% - Ukrainian party
